A LITTLE ABOUT YOU
Your role as a Customer Service Executive at The Gym Group is absolutely key to making sure all of our members and prospective members have the same amazing experience

You could be a seasoned customer service champion or new to the game. What matters to us is that you deliver the best customer service every time with the passion that sets our customer service apart from our competitors.

Naturally you will be a great people person with the type of personality that will make a bubble machine jealous. You might already be a passionate gym goer or someone that just lives and breathes all things customer service. But whatever your reason, we want you!

It would be amazing if you already have experience dealing with incoming calls and live chats online, but if you don't and you are a quick learner with the natural flare that The Gym Group love, then we want you to come and find your fit with us!

A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE
You will
* Be a key member of the Marketing Team resolving member queries utilising live chat
* Deliver an excellent customer experience
* Work in a close-knit team of Customer Service Champions
* Provide assistance and decisions that puts the member at the forefront, but always keeps the business interests in mind.
* Escalate issues to management with careful consideration and suggested next steps
