énergie Fitness is the only budget operator in the UK to offer personal service linked to guaranteed results. The 30-day results guarantee émpower programme which has been rolled out across all of our énergie Fitness Clubs in 2018 provides personal trainers with the opportunity to build rapport and their client base at the outset of a member’s fitness journey.

If you are a personal trainer who wants to maximise earnings, become part of a larger personal training network and you have a passion for working with clients from all ages and backgrounds, you will find what you are looking for at énergie.

Energie Personal Trainers will keep 100% of their self employed earnings from PT sessions, with therefore unlimited earnings potential, but are required to provide 15hrs per week unpaid in lieu of equivalent sum in rent, to assist the fitness club with classes and other operational duties.

Job Purpose

To make personal training an integral and important element of the énergie member experience across énergie Fitness Clubs

Key Accountabilities

* To enable personal training clients to maintain their lifestyle, fitness and health goals
* To create profitable and sustainable personal training accounts with new and existing customers
* To ensure that the énergie émpower Programme delivers the guaranteed results that it promises
* To deliver creative, innovative and inspiring personal training programs that sustain member retention at industry beating levels
* To deliver NPS from members that are best in class

Responsibilities

* To sustain CPD profile that ensures you are operating at level 3 professional levels at all times
* To deliver monthly income turnover that sustains profit targets for personal training business at club level
* To challenge and support clients in ways that enables them to achieve their goals
* To maintain integrity and honesty that builds trust with personal training member community
* To promote and deliver exceptional results through énergie émpower Programme
* To maintain focus on individual clients’ needs and not on your own preconceived ideas of fitness regimes and imaging
* To receive and promote great client testimonials on the outcomes of their ongoing personal training experience
* General Maintenance of the gym, including cleaning the facility and making sure the gym is at a high standard at all times.
* To work with colleagues to ensure that all clubs members feel that they belong with énergie
* To build on-line capacity that enables you to sustain contact with members
* To work creatively with the énergie’s Head of Fitness, Training and Innovation to devise personal training practice that surprises and delights clients.

Job Type: Part time 15hrs per week in lieu of rent

Experience:

* personal training: 1 year (Preferred, but not essential)
* Indoor Cycling trained (Preferred, but not essential)

Location: London E4 or local area (Preferred, but not essential)

Licence: Level 3 certificate in personal training (Required)
