Better Extreme is a brand new venture by GLL. We're looking for a Part Time Extreme Sports Supervisor to work 20 hours a week to help run Sobell Leisure Centre in Holloway, North London, one of the most exciting new facilities for extreme sports. This brand new leisure complex offers a Trampoline Park, foam pit and Kids Bounce so we're looking for an Assistant with a passion for these sports to work in this truly exciting environment. The centre also provides four party rooms, a hot food counter and a Coffee Corner.

Working closely with the Extreme Sports Manager and General Manager, you'll ensure that the Park runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis by overseeing the operational processes and supervision of staff on reception, stock control, sales and promotions - helping us to achieve financial and sales targets. You'll be able to relate to our customers and your energy and enthusiasm will ensure they have the most enjoyable time possible as well as staying safe. You'll be working with, and supervising, a team of like-minded people and will be encouraged to develop your ideas to help more people become active in non-traditional sports. A natural leader, you'll motivate, encourage and develop your team to perform to the highest standards.

You'll be driven and ambitious - always looking for the next challenge. Your previous sport/leisure experience will have given you excellent customer service skills as well as understanding of standard operating procedures, emergency action plans and a First Aid at Work qualification. As well as demonstrating your knowledge of extreme sports, you'll show a commitment to learn and develop yourself and your team.

In return, we offer a range of benefits that you'd expect from the UK's largest leisure provider:
Pension schemes
Ride to work scheme
Discounted membership at our leisure centres
The opportunity to join the GLL Society and have a say in how we're run plus associated social events
Career pathways
Ongoing training and development to help you to be the best
If you want the chance to develop a career doing something you love, apply now.

All pay rates are subject to skills, experience, qualifications and location.
