Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager (Commercial and Marketing), the Finance Manager (Revenue) will be fulfilling a critical role for the business as the leading finance person for Revenue:
* Primary finance business partner to a number of senior stakeholders within the business, helping them understand revenue and member volume performance;
* Responsible for review of key month end accounting and reporting activities, including insight into the various components of volume and yield;
* Responsible for daily, monthly and annual forecasting of volume, yield and revenue, understanding the key drivers and impacts they have on the overall business;
* Working closely with the head of revenue optimisation on various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Ongoing responsibilities to include preparation of financials and commentary for internal management reporting packs to support stakeholders across the business, attending monthly meetings with stakeholders to review financials.
* Up to date member and revenue forecasting, looking at in month and longer term impacts to help drive decisions.
* Yield analysis, helping the business understand how we are growing this metric and what impact each component has.
* Assisting regional managers with yield opportunities.
* Monthly revenue and analysis that will feed in to key reporting packs.
* Monthly rolling forecast, with commentary on the changes and impacts going forwards.
* Work closely with the Head of Revenue Optimisation on various projects to further enhance our product offering and yield drivers.

You Should Have:
* A recognised accounting qualification * Strong knowledge of Excel and a good general knowledge of financial systems

* Experience working in industry for a fast-paced, growth business
* Good experience with Power BI and Workday

The successful applicant will have the following competencies / characteristics:
* Have strong technical knowledge including practical application of IFRS
* Have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to explain finance to non-finance
* Have a good eye for detail
* Have good commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
* Enjoy helping other members of the business achieve their goals
