We are looking for a Fitness Consultant to join our busy team at Durrington swimming and fitness centre working four hours per week at peak gym times.


We strive to ensure all our customers have an enjoyable experience within our leisure campuses across Wiltshire.

Our teams all work hard together to improve the health and wellbeing of the whole community.

About the role
This role is key to our commitment in achieving a “Healthier Wiltshire”. You will be advising customers how to use equipment safely, in line with our normal operating procedures and the “Focus” induction process.

Maintaining customer focus, you will meet clients’ expectations by guiding them toward specific goals and helping them to achieve these.

About you
Along with experience within the fitness industry, you should have a qualification as a level 2 or above Fitness Instructor and REPs registered level 2.

You will be responsible for maintaining your own registration although CPD training will be provided.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
