Stratford Leisure Centre is a popular and well used facility which sits within Stratford-Upon-Avon. This role would suit an experienced manager looking for a new challenge or progression. A sales and retention focus is vital so candidates must be target driven with high customer service standards.

We need a General Manager who will...
• Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the centre
• Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects
• Manage health, safety and quality standards within their centre and has IT experience
• Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members
