GLL is looking for two Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructors based at King's Hall Leisure Centre in Hackney, East London to help to improve people's level of fitness, health - and ultimately, quality of life. As a not-for-profit, charitable social enterprise, we're different. We deliver a number of Phase IV Cardiac Rehabilitation programmes supporting a clinical referral pathway to a physical activity programme. You'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team alongside a number of NHS Trusts to provide support to patients that have suffered a cardiac event. 

You'll need to be REPS registered with Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation qualification and experience of delivering physical activity sessions to those referred with cardiac conditions. In addition to BACPR qualification you will also need a Level 2 Gym Instructor and a Level 3 GP Referral qualification is desirable.
