The Opportunity
We are currently looking for Swimming Instructors to join our team across the Bexley Contract. The sites include Crook Log Leisure Centre, Erith Leisure Centre and Sidcup Leisure Centre. We are interested to hear from individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and looking to progress their career within the leisure industry.

We are looking for Swimming Instructors to promote our Swimming Lesson brand, deliver engaging swimming lessons to all ages and abilities and provide exceptional customer service standards.

Our swimming schemes are based on the ASA National Plan for Swimming and it is desirable to hold an ASA Level 2 teaching qualification or equivalent, candidates with an ASA Level 1 teaching qualification will be considered with a view to train to complete your ASA Level 2 teaching qualification.

The Person
Reporting to the Swimming Lesson Coordinator, you will need to be flexible, reliable and able to work various hours. We seek an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can succeed with maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers and colleagues.

The successful candidate should have previous knowledge of the leisure industry and experience of working in a busy wet facility. Excellent communication skills, flexibility and a commitment to customer service are essential. Successful applicants will be provided with full training in all aspects of this role.

The successful candidate will be dynamic, show high levels of initiative and have exceptional customer care. They will also be able to ensure the highest levels of safety in the day-to-day running of the facility. Energy and enthusiasm is a must for this role as you will be promoting our philosophy of Quality, Care and Excellence in the service you provide.

A National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification is desirable but successful applicants will be provided with full training in all aspects of the role. The position is subject to a DBS check.

The Opportunity
We are currently looking for Recreation Assistants to join our team across the Bexley Contract. The sites include Crook Log Leisure Centre, Erith Leisure Centre and Sidcup Leisure Centre.
