This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales consultant to be part of a gym that is constantly growing and developing.

We are looking for a naturally proactive and polished individual who can generate fresh leads and convert them into membership sales. You will have an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone. You will be responsible for converting the new leads into appointments, and then closing the sale, working towards achieving challenging daily targets.

We are looking for someone who will:
• Have natural sales ability.
• Be target driven with a desire and passion to exceed targets.
• Be energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude.
• Be excited to work closely with the club manager, owners and the rest of the team to create a member-focused gym environment.
• Be approachable and able to make prospective and existing members feel at ease.
• Personable with a sense of fun

Our ideal candidate will need to be:
• Naturally Sales focused
• Highly self-motivated and target driven with a sense of humour, even under pressure!
• Organised - keep on top of your leads and follow up.
• Passionate about fitness, whilst being able to support the member focused culture we are developing in the club.
• Have excellent communication and organizational skills

Due to the variety of shift patterns that include Evenings and Weekends it is important that you live within a reasonable commute to the club

• Sales or fitness – 1 Year
• The successful candidate would ideally, but not essentially, be REPs level 2 qualified, with industry sales experience.
