We are searching for an Attraction Manager at our Peppa Pig World of Play attraction.

Opening in 2020, Peppa Pig World of Play Chicago is an indoor family play attraction, designed for pre-school children and their families.

Your Magical Role

The role of the Attraction Manager is to ensure the effective pre-opening, launch and post-opening operation of our 3rd Peppa Pig World of Play attraction in North America.

Pre-Opening: Fully responsible for the launch of new Peppa Pig World of Play to the market, recruit full team and operationally set up the attraction ready for opening.

Post-opening: Responsible for the strategic development and operational delivery of Peppa Pig World of Play. Oversee the delivery of marketing, financial, brand and quality targets in line with overall company and brand vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre-opening set up in all business aspects to ensure a successful launch of the new attraction in order to achieve visitor volume, EBITDA and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets
• Lead the recruitment process supported by the regional HR and Operations Directors to hire the opening team for the attraction
• Deliver the marketing launch, create and deliver appropriate marketing strategies for the successful sales & marketing launch

Your Magical Ingredients

• Passionate about Play
• Highly self–motivated strong leader with proven success managing operational teams
• Embraces the idea of encouraging and empowering Playmakers to provide inspirational guest experiences
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant service industry experience; preferably with strong operations and retail management knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of computer including Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook and Word

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred
