Fit4less Caspian Wharf in Bow East London are looking for a Sales & Member Relations Manager.

We are about to rebrand to énergie fitness Bow and also undergo a major refit and relaunch - You would be expected to help plan and execute the relaunch of the club and drive new membership enquiries through extended promotion both externally and through social media platforms

Duties will also include bringing new members to the club by outreach, inreach and dealing directly with incoming enquiries, You will also be required to bring in new corporate clients in the local community, and also building a relationship with local schools and GP surgeries etc. We will also expect you to heavily use social media to bring in new members .

Your role will also include handling membership cancellations, freezes and arrears calls where necessary - Closely liaising with our payment handlers -Harlands. You will be expected to meet monthly KPI's for attrition and sales and work with the club manager to provide a first-class service to existing members thus ensuring that we are able to retain them where possible.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, however not necessarily in the Health Club sector but would be an advantage. The role will involve some Duty Manager shifts so you will have to be flexible as you may need to cover morning, evening and also occasional weekend shifts. If you are bright and enthusiastic then this could be the job for you.

You should be able to motivate the rest of the team to do the best that they can in sales and helping them to enhance the member/prospect experience

A current emergency first aid at work qualification would be beneficial, as would be a level 2 or level 3 qualification, although none are essential requirements

If you are confident, motivated and determined to succeed in sales and retention then this is the job for you.
