To ensure the highest quality of maintenance, cleanliness and customer service is delivered, you'll assist with the recruitment and training of all Spa Therapists & Spa Assistants.

You should have extensive experience within a salon, spa or sales environment with a minimum of 1 year's supervisory experience, minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy and a First Aid at Work qualification. You'll also be able to operate the business aspects of a spa environment such as reception, stock control, promotion, sales, staff development and ensuring excellent customer services whilst achieving business, financial and sales targets.

In return, we offer a range of benefits that you'd expect from the UK's largest leisure provider:
- Pension schemes
- Ride to work scheme
- Discounted membership at our leisure centres
- The opportunity to join the GLL Society and have a say in how we're run plus associated social events
- Career pathways
- Ongoing training and development to help you to be the best
