We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive the sales process and embed a sales culture within the team for the exciting new adventure that embarks on the brand new gym that is Energie Fitness Thornton Heath.

JOB PURPOSE
To manage the day to day sales using marketing tools, daily outreach, club systems and resources to generate new memberships and leads.
Conduct Sales tours in order to promote and sell club memberships.
Marketing the club both internally and externally, developing relationships within the local business and residential community.
Managing the sales process through KPI’s.
Supporting the club team in retaining members.
Planning sales & marketing activities and to be proactive in generating leads using data collection activities.
Managing and mentoring the team
To be a Duty Manager and ensure the clubs standards and processes are followed during your shifts.
Support the Club manager in all areas of the clubs operations and sales.

Must have experience/knowledge of previous sales environment.

A fantastic opportunity that has recently become available, working for a great health club operator in Thornton Heath. Your chance to lead the business to the next level. A background in sales, as well as fitness and operations, would be a massive advantage.

The club has been open two years and is still growing strongly. It features state of the art equipment and offers everything from cardio and weighted machines to a full range of free weights and functional equipment, plus great group classes. This gym is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and fabulous value - a great environment for people to reach their fitness goals and enjoy doing it.

You will have experience in developing and delivering a 5* service within a facility by getting the best from your team. There are some attributes that are extremely important and that all our successful Club Managers have in abundance, such as:

Énergie Fitness Deansgate are looking for a driven and inspiring Personal Trainer to join their brand new flagship club.

As a member of our Personal Training team you are an integral part of an exceptional offer to our members. Our Émpower programme enables new members to build a personal health plan that is supported by expert Personal Trainers and you will be expected to promote and deliver exceptional results through the programme. You will also be expected to maintain integrity and honesty when working with our personal training member community.

You must be passionate, knowledgeable, vibrant and professional. We expect every member of our team to embody the Énergie Fitness ethos and make all our members feel part of the Énergie family. You should be self-motivated, a team-player and professional at all times.

We also require the following;

Mandatory:

We want our Personal Trainers to feel motivated and valued, so employment is on a paid part-time basis of 15 hours per week. This covers the cost of rent, which is discounted, plus an additional income of approximately £2,500 p.a. You should be someone who can connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality customer service. We believe that having the right personality is more important than industry experience and we are looking for someone who innately makes the customer king in everything they do.

During your weekly 25 hours, role will include member gym tours, using social media to connect members and promote the great atmosphere in the club, organising events and experiences that will excite and retain members, monitor the quality of member experience and report regularly on member feedback.

We are looking for a driven & enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join the team at the award winning Energie Fitness.

Applicants must be passionate, knowledgeable, upbeat and professional. You must be prepared to endorse the ethos of Energie Fitness and deliver exceptional customer service. You should be self-motivated, prepared to work hard for results and flexible with your time. The club understands that operating as freelance PT is challenging, so you can expect continued support and guidance from the club to help you grow your client base and maintain it.

We don't believe in charging our PT’s extortionate rent each month, meaning you receive 100% of all the personal training income that you generate and there is no limit on the amount of personal training sessions you can do. Instead we ask that you give 15 hours a week back working on the gym floor split into three 5 hour shifts. In your 15 hours you will be interacting with members face to face which is a great opportunity to generate more clients. Your roles will include maintaining the gym floor, teaching classes, putting together training programs, inductions and gym tours.

Although self-employed, you will be part of a dynamic team and can enjoy the benefits of working within a structure committed to their success and earning potential whilst also having access to office and administrative facilities, as well as full marketing support, staff discounts and concessions. We want you to do well and succeed and therefore will give you all the support you need to do so!

We have a full membership base and we like to keep a successful personal training team in order to give our PT's the best chance of succeeding.
