Calshot Activities Centre has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational individual, to lead, develop, manage, and maintain the Centre’s daytime and overnight visitor facilities. Calshot is a unique facility, operated by Hampshire County Council. Calshot has a strong reputation for providing high quality outdoor education to young people. It also has a wide spectrum of recreational facilities that attract tens of thousands of visitors from within Hampshire and beyond.

The Visitor Services Manager’s role is to lead and direct staffing and resources across all aspects of daytime and overnight visitor services such as building and facility management, family accommodation, corporate conference facilities, parking, camping, catering, marine services, and other site facilities.
