WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Your role will be to provide a professional, efficient and high-quality service to customers of Link4Life. This includes leading and managing on our health and fitness programme to include developing and monitoring a wide and varied gym and group exercise programme, developing and implementing a range of digital solutions and to develop and enhance the member journey.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Qualified to Level 3 in Fitness or equivalent or qualified by experience
- Extensive experience in a leadership role in sport or leisure
- Experience of managing budgets and operations within tight financial circumstances and competing priorities
- Proven track record of delivery of service improvements and efficiency programmes
- Ability to demonstrate commercial skills and experience of delivering commercial, self- sustaining services
- Knowledge of one or all of the following ; health and fitness, gymnastics, programming for the community
- Ability to train, develop, mentor and supervise a team of people including setting targets and motivating staff to achieve
- Must be an effective project manager able to co-ordinate tasks to deliver activities and events
- Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
