We are currently recruiting for a Spa Manager to head up and lead the Soholistic team where treatments are offered within our 8 London properties.

As Spa Manager you will have good understanding of the financial aspects of the business such as, Profit & Loss, Budgets & Forecasting and have a flare for implementing innovative ideas to the Spa. In addition to this you will be required to carry out treatments to clients when necessary and be able to demonstrate a real understanding of what it take to deliver the exceptional service that the Firmdale name has become synonymous with.

Main Duties
  • Oversee the operations of the Soholistic Spa within all of our 8 London properties
  • Manage and motivate the Spa team
  • To implement and evolve achievable sales targets for the team to work towards
  • Identify and establish trends in the market and develop the business accordingly
  • Create suitable spa packages and review these on a regular basis
  • To effectively market and promote the spa to help build the brand
  • To liaise with suppliers and freelancers
  • To conduct treatments when necessary
  • Have a good command of the packages and treatments on offer
  • Ordering and stock control within all 8 London properties
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Deliver and maintain the exceptional levels of customer service provided
  • Establish strong and professional relationships with guests to build a regular client base
Skills
  • Previous experience as a Spa Manager within a 5* hotel or luxury spa
  • Completed NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
  • Knowledge of a variety treatments and ability to conduct these treatments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent team working skills
  • A passion for customer service and exceeding guests expectations
  • Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring staff
  • Previous experience in training and developing staff
  • Resilience and drive to get things right first time
Hours Required: Full time as required by the operation. You will need to be flexible with the days and times you are able to work.
