Paultons Park is one of the UK’s leading family theme parks, attracting over one million visitors per year. We now have a unique opportunity for an Assistant Park Operations Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Park Operations, our Assistant Park Operations Managers are responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the operational side of the Park i.e rides, attractions, entertainments, guest welcome, park presentation etc.

You will understand what makes a great guest experience and how to engage with your team to deliver this. Ideally you will have experience in a management role in the leisure or entertainment industry and the confidence to act as Duty Manager on a regular basis. Your leadership skills will help enhance our safety culture and help you deal with a variety of challenges in a positive and professional manner. Experience in organising Entertainment events and Special Events will be helpful.

Due to the nature of our opening times, this role will involve working on a rota that will include weekends and bank holidays.
