Salary: £24,303 per annum

Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre are recruiting for 2 pro-active and highly motivated Duty Managers to ensure Vision’s flagship leisure facility operates to the highest standards at all times. You will be assisting the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager in the provision, delivery and development of quality and cost effective services.

This Centre boasts 3 studios offering over 100 classes each week, a fully equipped gym over 3 floors and a busy 25-metre pool offering swimming lessons and club/competitive swimming. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification courses are regularly held and the London Borough of Redbridge Swimming Club is based here. We are also home to one of the most thriving spas in the area making it the perfect place to visit and relax.

Job Requirements:

• To manage the day to day running of the Centre.

• To ensure the centre is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

• To offer exceptional customer service to all users at all times.

• To comply to all Health and Safety legislation and be aware of your role in managing emergencies and accident reporting.

• To work on a shift rota and carry out key holder responsibilities.

• To be responsible for cash handling, till use and banking.

• To manage staff on shift.

• To assist in increasing usage and income.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience of working within the leisure industry for over 2 years.

• First Aid at Work Certificate.

• NPLQ is essential.

• Experience of managing staff
