New Ramada London Heathrow opens
Ramada Jarvis's new £27m hotel at Heathrow airport in London has opened.
The 200-bedroom Ramada London Heathrow includes five conference rooms called The Summit, a bar and an 'Arts Brasserie' restaurant. The project was managed by Jones Lang LaSalle and was designed by Dextor Moren Associates. The property has been built by on the site of an existing hotel, Grade II-listed The Berkley Arms, and took 84 weeks to restore the building's facade and link it with a new hotel block converted out of the rear bedroom wing.
Martin Taylor, general manager, said: "We're excited to be opening our new £27m hotel at London Heathrow which is conveniently located on the Bath Road and close to all Heathrow terminals as well as the M4 and M25 motorways. We have something new, fresh and modern to offer anyone needing a comfortable overnight stay near Heathrow." Details: ramadajarvis.co.uk/heathrow
