Charity sends chefs back to their kitchens
Four fantastic and very talented student chefs have been selected from Springboard's Future Chef programme to quite literally go back to the kitchen, preparing a sumptuous dinner for guests in aid of the Springboard Charitable Trust.
Each young chef will be responsible for one course in this fabulous four-course banquet which is led by Restaurant Associates Executive Chef Andy Aston and a team of Compass Group chef mentors. The line up of young chefs includes:
Anesta Guishard - Haringey Sixth Form Centre Michael Morton - Abbs Cross School
Richard Jee - Radcliffe College Luke Thomas - Connahs Quay High School
