INTENCITY is designed to challenge and test members fitness and endurance levels and provide the best workouts to support any exercise programme.

The next phase of developments will be at Newcastle’s City Pool and Turkish Baths (opening in Q4) and Southgate Leisure Centre, where the Power Plate® pro5HP™ will be used to support their elite performance memberships.
