New racing game ‘Showdown Special Attraction’ will headline Sega Amusements Europe’s product range at EAG International.

Developed by Codemasters, which also developed the driver ‘GRID’ for Sega, the game uses a 65” LED display, can be four-player linked, and features a heavy rock soundtrack. Showdown uses pivot motion technology, tilting the seat as drivers swerve to deal with pinch points and obstacles littering the track. An authentic dashboard and full surround sound add authenticity to the experience.

Sega will also display a number of games from its product portfolio as well as some new additions for 2015. The new 80 inch ‘Super Deluxe Transformers Human Alliance’ video amusement game will feature along with the new 60 inch ‘Deluxe Plants vs Zombies’ video redemption game. The new 42 inch ‘Pirates of Monster Island’ will also be making its European debut.

Additionally, ‘Kung Fu Panda Dojo Mojo’ is a redemption game from ICE based on the Dreamworks film.

Also new for 2015 is the three player ‘Pirates’ shooting gallery featuring 14 targets and digital sound, while ‘Captain Black’s Treasure’ is a single shooter which follows on from the successful ‘Sideshow’.

EAG International is taking place at the Excel exhibition centre in London between 13-15 January 2015. Sega Amusements Europe will be located on stand 550.
