Happy grazing
'OK - I'll go out and eat grass,' is a phrase often used by folk who have suffered a put-down.
But, it seems, they might be well advised to do just that - as long as the grass they go out and eat is organically grown wheatgrass!
Actually, they don't have to chomp their way through a pasture or two. Sweet Wheat - freeze-dried wheatgrass juice - is the easy way to get all the goodness of this storehouse of natural vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and enzymes. It's also protein rich and high in amino acids.
Not only can you drink it dissolved in water or non-citrus fruit juices, you can sprinkle it on salads, mix it with dressings or use it in fruit or vegetable smoothies. As it's good for your skin, too, you can mix it into a paste and apply where needed.
Best of all, for non-veggie lovers, one teaspoonful of the juice is equivalent to 750g of organically grown garden vegetables. Details: +44 (0)1730 813642
