For the many people intimidated by the thought of seeing a trainer, or who lack the time, the miha bodytec workout system provides an ideal solution, according to James Seilo, PT and life coach.

The system, which utilises innovative EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) technology developed by German engineers to create a 20-minute workout that can equate to a full week’s worth of training, has opened up this new market of clients for Seilo.
