ISPAL chief refutes Green Space deal reports
The interim chief executive of Institute of Sports, Parks and Leisure (ISPAL), David Teasdale, has denied reports that ISPAL has teamed up with Green Space to create the Institute of Parks and Green Spaces.
He told Leisure Opportunities: “ISPAL was not involved in any launch of the Institute of Parks and Greenspaces.
“ISPAL’s mission and priorities are very clear – we are the single professional body for the sports, parks and leisure industry supported by the Government and Sport England. Our single-minded concern is to serve all our members across the industry, and provide great value for money.
“ISPAL is committed to raising standards and opportunities across this vital industry – and to making a difference; to which end we will work in effective partnership with a range of organizations.
“For our members, and for the industry, we will work in partnership with a range of bodies that share our focus on growth and quality of service.”
