Following continued success in the UK since its launch in 1999, British Military Fitness (BMF) recently set up operations in two venues in Cape Town, South Africa – the Sea Point Beach Front and Alphen Common in Constantia.

BMF caters for all levels of fitness, with each one-hour class divided into ability groups, and ex-army physical instructors motivating participants throughout.

The BMF has over 6,000 members in the UK and its membership in Cape Town is reportedly growing week by week.

In addition to the two venues in Cape Town, BMF operates from more than 50 venues in the UK and hopes to break into Germany and the US in the near future.
