New Focus on GP referral

Focus Training has introduced a new GP Exercise Referral Course, launched last month at David Lloyd Manchester.

The course, which is approved by Central YMCA Qualifications, aims to provide gym instructors with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to plan, deliver, manage and evaluate a safe, effective and progressive programme of physical activity for clients who have been referred by their GP for conditions ranging from obesity to heart disease.
