Responding to a number of enquiries, the REPs board of trustees is currently considering an associate membership scheme for the Register.
This would be for people who have worked as fitness professionals, but who are now managers or in other senior positions and who have long given up instructing.
It would consequently waive the requirements of insurance, holding a current CPR certificate and continuing professional development.
