Martin Booth joins the UK-based attraction specialist following a 24 year stint at Merlin Entertainment, where his most recent role was the ride projects technical director in Merlin’s Magic Making department.

Booth will work closely with Simworx’ chief technical officer Andy Roberts, and will head up a senior management team covering design engineering, project management, technical services and after sales support.
Terry Monkton, managing director at Simworx, says: “We are delighted to announce this key appointment for Simworx. Martin’s experience within the parks and attractions industry is second to none. I can already see that he will become an invaluable member of the team, both from our own point of view and that of our customers.”

Booth says: “I have known Simworx for many years and am looking forward to what is a very exciting new challenge.”
