Web-based booking new for Bannatyne Spas
Bannatyne Spa is introducing the most interactive spa treatment booking service in the UK following the launch of specialist web-based technology, powered by SpaBooker by GramercyOne.
Bannatyne's online booking service will enable customers to create a bespoke spa experience beyond choosing the date, time and spa location. Customers will be able to select their treatment, choose their desired treatment time and select their preferred therapist.
In a single visit to the site customers will even be able to book for multiple guests and with different treatments for each guest. The online service can also be used to book Bannatyne's range of spa day packages. The technology has been developed for Bannatyne by global cloud-based management software developer GramercyOne to provide online booking and complete management systems, including CRM, marketing, reporting, ecommerce and social media promotions.
Bannatyne operates 32 spas across the UK, offering a selection of luxurious spa and beauty treatments for men and women - including massages and facials - which use products developed by leading beauty brand, Elemis. Among the specialist treatments that can be booked online are the lava shells back, neck and shoulder massage and the clinically-proven detox, Ionithermie, which helps battle cellulite and encourages contouring and firming.
Booker is completely online, which makes it available from any computer with a browser and internet connection, anywhere, at any time, even via an iPhone or iPad.
Booker has a full-feature appointment book, advanced client record system and point-of-sale functionality.
It delivers marketing tools to build and retain business, and delivers instant gift certificates to customers. Spas can even sell retail products via the Booker e-commerce feature.
Booker links to the SpaFinder website, the number one global resource for spas.
Spa owners and managers around the world count on Booker to help them manage and drive their business.
