Woughton on the Green Sports Ground and Pavilion and Brooklands Community Sports Pavilion are popular venues used by a wide range of sports clubs and community groups in and around Milton Keynes.

Offers are sought from suitably experienced organisations to operate either or both sites as community sports facilities on long leases, with proposals demonstrating that interested parties can effectively operate the facilities, maintain the buildings and outdoor pitches, and work to maximise use of the facilities by the community.

The facilities at Woughton on the Green require refurbishment and upgrading and offers for this venue should therefore include investment proposals.
