The convention is a global networking event for both independently run and group spas and hotels taking place alongside Professional Beauty London.

Delivering a dedicated two-day programme which provides practical solutions to the most pressing issues facing the industry; delivering fresh insight on trends and challenges all designed to help grow skills and talents of the top spa leaders and teams in the industry.

For the first time there will also be a networking half-day on Saturday 2 March. This includes introductory sessions and networking opportunities to get everyone familiarised with the programme and other delegates. This day will end with a networking cocktail for everyone to mingle with speakers prior to the convention.
