The Job
- Develop a pipeline of sales leads from our industry databases
- Engage with buyers and build strong relationships
- Create presentations and pitch them face to face and via screen sharing
- Provide expert media planning solutions for recruitment campaigns with clients
- Use technical knowledge of product offerings to build and close sales
- Upsell enhanced recruitment solutions to existing clients

The Person
We’re looking for a self-starter with a personal philosophy of continuous improvement. You’ll also need to be:

- An experienced media sales person with proven success in business development
- Experienced in selling recruitment solutions and advertising campaigns
- Trained in different sales techniques and experienced in the sales processes
- Consultative in your style and able to demonstrate success in identifying, building and delivering long-term solutions for clients
- Organised, articulate and hard working
- Educated to degree level or equivalent

You will be accountable for staff management and overseeing operational tasks successfully whilst taking a positive approach to change and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively attract, recruit and retain talent in your club using proven people management skills and experience
Develop, coach and mentor your employees to enable them to reach their potential and deliver outstanding results
Deliver an outstanding member and guest experience in club, focusing on member interaction and going above and beyond for every person who walks through our doors
Implement business plans to achieve total revenue targets and maximise controllable profits in club
Achieve targets including net member growth in line with the business plan and budgets by driving new member sales, attrition and leading the team in outreach and attaining new leads

We are looking for someone who can actively encourage our members while being focused on helping them achieve their goals.

You will need to be passionate about members needs, help, advise and train them to achieve individual goals. You will need to be pro-active and outgoing to communicate with members and develop a professional relationship.

The role is crucial to the clubs success and you will be the first point of contact to answer queries and assist with new member sales.

The main responsibilities will include gym instruction, conducting various one-to-one appointments, sales & marketing, member engagement and teaching classes.

Minimum Level 2 qualification in Gym Instruction, previous experience is preferable but not essential. The qualifications to teach basic classes would be beneficial.
A proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as the ability to work as part of a committed team.
