Membership sales advisor required for new boutique fitness club.

Enjoy training and teaching others to work hard and meet their goals? We are looking for someone who can actively encourage our members’ while being focused on helping them achieve their goals.

You will need to be passionate about members needs, help advise and train them to acheive individual goals. You will need to be pro-active and outgoing to communicate with members and develop a professional relationship.

The role is crucial to the clubs success and you will be the first point of contact to answer queries and help members use the brand new state of the art equipment.

This position requires a Level 2 or 3 Fitness Instructor Certificate, with the desire for flexible working hours and an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.

You will have a flexible approach and be willing and able to include membership recruitment and sales into your role. You will conduct health and fitness surveys and tour new members within a sales process.

Good teamwork and effective communication is the key to our success.

Fit4less Enfield are currently recruiting for a passionate Membership Sales/Duty Manager who will bring new ideas to the club to support growth in memberships.

For this role you will:
• Be expected to manage the sales process to generate new memberships and create a reputation of quality within the local community.
• Have the ability to manage and mentor the sales process to make the procedure smooth and robust.
• Be expected to plan sales and marketing activities by being proactive in generating leads, both inside and outside the club.
• Be expected to plan accordingly and against a budget set within the club.
• Conduct sales tours to walk in’s as well as generated appointments, in order to promote and sell club memberships.
• Have the ability to develop relationships within the local business and residential community.
• Be able to complete successful calls to the leads generated in order to arrange appointments.
• Support the team in retaining the members in order to contribute to the customer service and membership growth.
• Understand the importance of high sales activities in various ways in order to make an impact and get people aware of the club’s facilities.
• Have experience/knowledge of the leisure industry and the sales process
• Demonstrate strong leadership and decision making skills
• Be confident, trust-worthy, motivated and passionate to be able to build rapport with prospects, members and staff.
