Énergie Fitness are looking for passionate and outgoing self employed personal trainers to work at our club in Bow East London - Immediate Start.

Responsibilities of the Personal Trainer:
- Provide a world class PT service to our members

In addition to the above you will be required to perform the following whilst working your hours for us:

- Perform shared cleaning duties

Requirements to be a Personal trainer:

• Assist prospective members by conducting tours of the gym and helping them join the gym either in club or through the website

• Conduct member Inductions in a thorough and engaging way

• Deliver group exercise classes to an excellent standard

• Conduct hourly standard checks around the gym and record results accurately

• Clean and maintain the gym equipment to a high standard

• Encourage members to participate in gym challenges

• To maintain excellent Brand Standards at all times and ensure the club is compliant with all H&S action points

• To work as part of the team and complete any other reasonable tasks as set out by the GM

We are looking for someone who can actively encourage our members while being focused on helping them achieve their goals.

You will need to be passionate about members' needs, help, advise and train them to achieve individual goals. You will need to be pro-active and outgoing to communicate with members and develop a professional relationship.

The role is crucial to the club's success and you will be the first point of contact to answer queries and help members.

The main responsibilities will include gym instruction, writing exercise programmes and conducting various one-to-one appointments, including nutritional consultations. Some administrative and sales duties will also apply together with class instruction and face to face customer interaction.

Minimum Level 2 qualification in Gym Instruction, previous experience is preferable but not essential. The qualifications to teach basic classes would be beneficial but full training can be given. You will also be required to help make regular social media posts

A proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as the ability to work as part of a committed team.

Candidates must have a vibrant personality, exceptional customer service skills, proven experience in the health and fitness industry and be REPS LEVEL 3 qualified.

Our personal trainers receive 100% of all the income they generate with no limit to the number of personal training sessions delivered. Plus, instead of paying heavy monthly fees, all we ask is that each personal trainer works 15 -hours per week on the gym floor, delivering meaningful member interaction, being the fitness expert and other operational duties.
