We are looking for passionate Assistant Manager with great personality and customer service skills to go with it. Our club is part of the énergie Fitness clubs network and is best placed to provide an ambitious Assistant Manager a great opportunity to grow professionally and chieve their career target.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach and support a small team of fitness instructors and personal trainers.
• Ensure our members have an amazing customer experience with every visit to keep them coming back for more.
• Drive new member sales initiatives through sales planning, in-reach and outreach activity. Evaluate and develop their fitness product offering including group exercise.
• Ensure the club is well maintained, clean, safe and compliant with Health and Safety requirements brand standards at all times.
• Create a fun environment for team members as well as gym members and instil a strong sense of community with events and challenges.

Person Specification:
• Outgoing, engaging, fun personality with a hands-on approach to leadership and can do attitude.
• Exposure to leading, coaching, developing and supporting high performing fitness teams.
• Experience in managing fitness product, operations, and sales within a commercial gym environment a Gym Manager, Assistant Club Manager, Deputy General Manager or Duty Manager.
• A fitness qualification and ability to teach a gym floor class.
