Members of the BHA are being offered a 20 per cent discount on their ticket for Caterer and Hotelkeeper’s annual Chef Conference and Dinner.

To celebrate the event’s 25th anniversary, this year’s event will feature culinary masterclasses, in-depth interviews, leading chefs and tours at top London kitchens.

The conference and dinner will take place on Monday 17 May, at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London.

Keynote speaker Prue Leith will open the conference, which will also include a joint masterclass from Michelin-starred chefs Phil Howard of the Square and John Campbell of the Vineyard at Stockcross, and demonstration from another Michelin-starred chef Marcus Wareing, chef patron of London's Petrus.

Host chef for the dinner will be Simon Young of the Jumeirah Carlton Tower captaining four excellent chefs of the British restaurant scene: Scotland's Andrew Fairlie who operates his eponymous restaurant at Gleneagles in Auchterarder, Wales's Hywel Jones, executive head chef at Lucknam Park in Colerne, Wiltshire, and representing England alongside Young, Nigel Haworth of Northcote Manor in Langho Lancashire and Andrew Turner of Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey.

Tickets for the Chef Conference cost £124.00 + VAT (normal rate £155 + VAT).

Tickets for the Chef Dinner cost £92.00 + VAT total £108.10

Combines tickets for the Chef Conference & Dinner £192 + VAT total £225.60 (Normal rate £240+ VAT)
