The AALARA Annual General Meeting will take place at the 2009 AALARA Conference and Trade Exhibition on Wednesday, 27 May, at 3.15pm in Coolangatta One and Two Room, Conrad Jupiter's Convention Centre.

All financial members are invited to attend.

At the meeting four (4) positions on the Board of Management will become vacant.

Nominations of candidates for election to the Board of Management have been received in accordance with the AALARA Constitution.

For those financial members unable to attend this year's AGM, Proxy Votes must be received by the President of AALARA seven (7) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
