Regular Yoga practitioners know how important a good mat is.

Fortunately, a new mat designed by London-based wellness supplier Phantai promises to help facilitate optimal yogic activity by soothing and aligning the limbs and joints.

Composed of natural rubber and polyurethane, the ‘ultra-sticky’ mat also has 4mm cushioning to maximise comfort levels.

Each mat is emblazoned with a mandala, an energy-raising symbol which, Phantai’s founder Adriana Salazar believes, helps with mental concentration.
