BH Live to launch 'Feel Good Factory'
Leisure and cultural trust BH Live has announced it is to launch a new 'Feel Good Factory' exercise and toning studio at Bournemouth's Pelhams Park Leisure Centre next month.
The facility will include 12 Shapemaster toning tables and chairs and is designed to offer customers a combination of supported movement and exercise in a relaxing environment.
According to BH Live, the Feel Good Factory aims to provide an area for female customers to achieve inch loss and tone up in small classes within a women-only environment.
Meanwhile, the equipment is suitable for customers who suffer from conditions impacting mobility and strength, such as multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and back pain.
Pelhams Park Leisure Centre manager Gaynor Hawkett said: "Our new FeelGood Factory is specifically aimed at people who aren't attracted to a traditional gym environment but would like a gentler, yet still effective, introduction to exercise."
Earlier this year, leisure trust Tone announced it would be rolling out its Feel Good Factory concept across its portfolio of managed centres.
