Baker Tilly agrees Agora property sale
Baker Tilly has announced that it has agreed the sale of 99 leasehold properties that formed part of the Agora Gaming Group.
The gaming venues had been operated by four subsidiaries of Agora - Ablethird; Leisure World UK; Frankice Golders Green; and Caesar's World. However, Minmar (929) and Baleday will now acquire the venues after Baker Tilly was appointed adminstrator of Agora on 7 December 2009.
Edward Symmons was appointed as agent to the portfolio.
