Boutique fitness brand, Barry’s, has opened its 100th studio in New York.

Now 27-years-old, the brand – which started in West Hollywood – is operating in 19 countries and more markets are in the pipeline, including Greece. The first site in Ireland opened in Dublin last summer and has built a strong following.

The new Barry’s Wall Street studio covers 6,888-square-foot site and offers Barry’s signature Run x Lift class, alongside Lift, a dedicated 50-minute strength-training programme designed to build muscle, improve form and drive long-term progress. There will also be a Fuel Bar offering pre- and post-workout shakes

“Opening our 100th studio is an incredible moment for Barry’s and for the global community that has grown with us over the past 27 years, ” says CEO, JJ Gantt.

“This milestone is a celebration of the instructors, teams, and clients around the world who make Barry’s what it is every day - and it marks just the beginning of what’s still to come as we continue building communities and transforming lives worldwide."

Barry’s took on strategic investment from Princeton Equity Group last January to expand into more communities and markets. It current follows a part-owned and part-franchised model.
