Speedflex has launched a strength training programme for 10 to 16-year-olds, to make it safer, more inclusive and more engaging.

Built on the Speedflex training concept, JNRZ harnesses the Blade’s adaptive resistance Technology that creates a controlled, low-impact, low-risk training Environment, with no joint pressure or pain. It automatically adjusts to each young person’s ability and allows them to train with intensity without the risk of overloading.

Developed in line with the latest UK Active guidelines, JNRZ launches with 20 on-demand workouts available directly on the Speedflex Blade. The sessions introduce strength and conditioning in an age-appropriate format that supports strength, cardiovascular Fitness, coordination and athletic Development. 

Immersive, expert-led sessions allow users to train alongside other People on screen. Every workout is guided in real time, with movements clearly demonstrated to ensure correct technique and ease of use.
