Board changes at Topnotch

Health and fitness group, Topnotch, has announced its finance director for the last two and a half years – Alison Dungworth – has decided to stand down.
Her place will be taken by Mark Green, formerly of accountancy firm, BDO Stoy Hayward.
The company has also announced the resignation of Stephen Gilbert as a director.
Topnotch recently sold its Tower 42 club in the City of London for £1.725m to Bannatyne Fitness as part of a restructuring and debt reduction programme.
