Bolton Council launches prospectus for £300m Innovation Zone
Bolton Council has launched its development prospectus for the Bolton Innovation Zone, a 67-hectare project set to include leisure space, hotels and student accommodation.
The project, which is expected to attract £300m of private investment during the next 10 years, will comprise of bars, clubs, restaurants, performance space and a public square.
The prospectus was launched at the second Developer’s Forum, organised by the council, where developers were invited to hear about the opportunities offered within the Innovation Zone.
Bolton Council’s executive member for development, Ebrahim Adia, said: “The Bolton Innovation Zone is a fantastic development and investment opportunity, which will provide a collection of modern cultural facilities that will enhance Bolton’s offering for both residents and tourists.”
