York Barbell UK, owners of the BBE boxing brand, has announced the UK launch of a new boxing stand.

It consists of five modular sections, which can be purchased either individually as required or as a whole unit, and comprises two punchbags, a floor to ceiling ball, a speedball and a mobile accessory kit.

Providing the ideal answer for small clubs or gyms with limited space, the accessory kit consists of a jackable wheel which allows the stand to be moved into a corner or another room for storage when it isn’t being used.

York Barbell has also recently introduced its range of commercial gym equipment to the UK.

Produced by an American company – also called York and which was recently acquired by York Barbell – The York USA Performance Line series ranges from heavy duty modular training stations to selectorised units, plates, dumbbells and bars.

One of the new line’s first UK customers was Northampton Saints Rugby Club and orders have also been placed by Harlequins, Saracens and the Borders rugby teams.
