Brazilian restaurant to open in Birmingham
Brazilian restaurant operator Rodizio Rico has unveiled plans to open its first eatery outside London, with a 7,350sq ft (683sq m) property at The Cube, Birmingham.
Fitting-out of the 250-seat restaurant is due to commence in August, with a view to opening in early 2012. It will form part of a £12m hotel and spa scheme currently being developed. The Cube director Neil Edginton said: "There's a real buzz here at the moment and this announcement is just the first of a number of exciting announcements in relation to our leisure space.
"Anticipation in the city is high and The Cube is quickly becoming the vibrant landmark destination that we set out to create."
