Cedar Point to add Dinosaur attraction for 2012
Cedar Point theme park in Sandusky, Ohio, US has announced that a US$1m (700,000 euro, £600,000) Dinosaurs Alive! attraction will be its major investment for the 2012 season.
The multi-sensory and interactive attraction will allow guests to "mingle" with 50 life-size animatronic dinosaurs on a mile-long path, with the sizes of the dinos ranging from the 40ft tall and 72ft long Ruyangosaurus to the 2ft Angustinaripterus.
The attraction has been designed and delivered by Canada-based travelling exhibition company Dinosaurs Unearthed.
