US-based Boutique fitness operator Rumble has revealed the first two locations for its new studio concept.

The company will open Rumble Training sites in San Francisco and New York, offering a new 45-minute, 10-round, strength and conditioning workout that has been designed to deliver "serious results in a fun and high-energy setting".

Exercisers will spend half the class on Technogym Skillrun treadmills and the other half doing strength training on Rumble's proprietary floor-side benches, equipped with dumbbells and resistance bands. Music will also feature heavily, with a selected playlist of hip hop, house, and "timeless classics".

Rumble Training is Rumble's second fitness concept, following the launch of Rumble Boxing in 2017.

The boxing-inspired group fitness concept attracted a host of celebrities to train – including singer Justin Bieber, social media starlet Kendall Jenner, footballer David Beckham and comedian Kevin Hart.

There are now eight Rumble Boxing studios in major cities – including New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

Rumble was founded by four fitness entrepreneurs: Noah Neiman, Eugene Remm, Andy Stenzler and Anthony DiMarco.

"Rumble Boxing brought accessibility and incredible experiences to the group fitness space using the science of boxing," said Rumble co-founder Noah Neiman.

"Now, Rumble Training is the second concept that utilizes the release of running.

"Using our custom-designed Technogym treadmills, we've been able to fully specify our user interface and console to make the running segments approachable, easy to navigate, and fun.

"In addition to the bespoke Technogym treadmills, we also have weights and custom-designed bands specifically for Rumble Training, which is the same elevated aesthetic with curated music using our world class DJs."
