Chris Moore becomes CEO of Domino’s Pizza
Domino’s Pizza UK has promoted its sales and marketing director, Chris Moore, to the newly-created position of chief operating officer, effective immediately.
Moore began at Domino’s in 1990, where he was responsible for setting up the group’s European marketing department. In 1998, he was appointed to the board and became an executive director in the following year.
His new role will include responsibility for the core operational areas of Domino’s business, including training and operations, HR and strategic development of e-commerce platforms.
Chief executive Stephen Hemsley said: “Chris has been a key driving force behind the success of the Domino’s brand through his inspired leadership of our marketing team, while creating the role of chief operating officer will give us an even stronger focus on our operations and people.”
